We are pleased to invite vendors to apply for the opportunity to showcase and sell their products at
MNKPOPCONNECT’s KPOP SUMMER BASH!!

Date: Saturday, June 14, 2025
Event Hours: 12pm - 5pm
Please review the application process and guidelines below to ensure a smooth and successful participation. Vendor space will be confirmed once payment is complete. Space is limited, and application will be closed once we’re at full capacity.
Application Process:
Vendor Application Form:
To begin the application process, vendors must complete the official Vendor Application Form, which can be found below.
The form requires basic information about your business, the products you wish to sell, and selection of booth size.
Product Submission:
Along with your application form, vendors must provide a detailed description and/or images of the products they intend to sell at the event.
Fee Structure:
The application form will outline the vendor fee, which varies based on booth size. Payment instructions will be provided upon submission of application.
To secure your spot, payment must be paid in full. Your space will not be confirmed until payment is complete.
All vendors are responsible for reporting and remitting their own sales taxes. We are not liable for any sales taxes incurred by vendors during the event. Each seller must have a valid 7-digit Minnesota tax ID number to legally operate in the state. Please review and complete Form ST-19 for tax compliance. You can access the form by clicking here.
Application Deadline:
Applications will be accepted until full capacity is reached. All applications must be submitted by May 15th, 2025. Late applications will only be considered if space is available.
Cancellation:
Cancellations can be made up to 4 weeks prior to the event. If you choose not to proceed, kindly notify us as a courtesy to respect our community vendors. Please note that payments are non-refundable within four weeks of the event.
